DYMEK Receives Purchase Order for Filmetrics Tabletop Thin Film Measurement System
Dongguan, China - March 2009 - Tabletop Thin-film Measurement System F20-HC supplied by Filmetrics is based on the Filmetrics F20 platform so it has all the advantages of the F20: work under the spectral reflectance theory in thin film thickness measure with Å resolution, System are available with wave-lengths from 215nm to 1700nm enabling thickness measurements of films 10 Å to 350um thick. The Filmetrics systems measure virtually any smooth, translucent, or lightly absorbing film may be measured. Beside the F20-HC system's unique contact probe makes measurements of coatings on curved surfaces easy.
