Dongguan, China - April 2009 - Tabletop Thin Film Measurement System supplied by Filmetrics work in thin film thickness measure with resolution, System are available with wave-lengths from 215nm to 1700nm enabling thickness measurements of films 10 Å to 350um thick. The Filmetrics systems measure virtually any smooth, translucent, or lightly absorbing film may be measured.
