Our
industry partners are using our service expertise to increase their machine uptime
with lower cost. They have signed up with our preventive maintenance program for
their Wyko, MTI, Veeco high vacuum process equipment, low power/high power visual
inspection microscope and other related equipment. Besides those equipment we
distributing, we are also servicing other equipment with our expertise in metrology,
high vacuum processing tool, slicing/dicing equipment. As a result, our customer
can focus on their production rather than servicing machine which is our expertise.
In our preventive maintenance program, we provide on site engineers and spare
parts management. Our customers have found out that our on site engineers have
significantly reduced the mean time to repair. Dymek tailors our on site engineers
working hour according to our customer schedule. As a result, our engineer can
start the repairing within minute of notice. They can also reduce the capital
out lay on spare parts under Dymek's management. Since Dymek stocks the spare
parts in a central depot, our customers need to keep only minimum frequent used
spare parts.
